The Forno Bravo Toscana100 is a 40″ fully assembled pizza oven featuring a distinctive Mediterranean Igloo dome with a true brick arch and oven landing — finished in beautifully painted, weather-proof stucco and available in seven standard colors. Handcrafted in Forno Bravo's Castroville, CA factory, the Toscana series combines the fastest heat-up times and the best heat retention available in any residential pizza oven.

Built from the Casa2G home pizza oven kit and ETL certified for both indoor and outdoor wood-fired use, the Toscana100 is the perfect choice for homeowners who want a fully finished, portable oven they can take with them when they move — no on-site installation process, no hunting for installation resources.

Toscana Core Technologies

• Proprietary refractory dome: 2″ oven dome cast from a 142 pcf density, 8,230 psi strength refractory material with poly-fibers for additional strength — not found in brick or clay ovens. Manufactured in Forno Bravo's Castroville, CA factory using a two-sided, vibrated mold casting process.
• NSF-4 certified oven floor: 2″ floor constructed from large 18″×18″×2″ ultra-premium baking tiles — 2,700 psi compressed and 2,650°F kiln-fired with Cordierite for superior thermal shock resistance, durability, and outstanding pizza baking performance.
• Ultra-premium insulation: Minimum 3″ of high-tech ceramic blanket dome insulation + 2″ of ceramic board floor insulation — eliminating old-fashioned, inefficient vermiculite or Perlite-based insulating concrete.
• Interlocking dome with mono-block vent: Fewer, tighter seams deliver outstanding heat retention, cooking performance, and long-term durability.
• Gas-fired performance: The gas version accurately replicates a true wood fire. Toscana ovens can operate in gas-only or gas/wood hybrid mode.
