The Forno Bravo Casa80 Gas is a 32″ modular pizza oven kit with the Drago P1+ outdoor gas burner — the perfect pizza oven engine for homeowners who want gas convenience with authentic wood-fired performance. UL certified for outdoor kitchens, it delivers fast heat-up times and outstanding heat retention. Everything ships in 3 to 7 days.

The Casa2G kit is the same oven core used inside Forno Bravo's fully assembled Toscana and Vesuvio ovens — giving you commercial-grade performance at a fraction of the cost when you provide your own enclosure. The Drago P1+ gas burner accurately replicates a true wood fire and can operate in gas-only or gas/wood hybrid mode.

Casa2G Core Technologies

• Proprietary refractory dome: 2″ oven dome cast from a 142 pcf density, 8,230 psi strength refractory material with poly-fibers for additional strength — not found in brick or clay ovens. Manufactured in Forno Bravo's Castroville, CA factory using a two-sided, vibrated mold casting process.
• NSF-4 certified oven floor: 2″ floor constructed from large 18″×18″×2″ ultra-premium baking tiles — 2,700 psi compressed and 2,650°F kiln-fired with Cordierite for superior thermal shock resistance, durability, and outstanding pizza baking performance.
• Ultra-premium insulation: 3″ of high-tech ceramic fiber blanket dome insulation (3 × 1″ layers) + 2″ of ceramic board floor insulation — eliminating old-fashioned, inefficient vermiculite or Perlite-based insulating concrete.
• Integral vent design: The commercial-grade refractory dome includes an integral vent for optimal heat circulation and fuel efficiency.
• Gas-fired performance: The optional Drago P1+ gas burner accurately replicates a true wood fire. Casa ovens can operate in gas-only or gas/wood hybrid mode.
