At the heart of its performance are the patented Diamond Sear™ cooking grids, designed to retain heat on the cooking surface so food cooks faster and more evenly while creating exceptional sear marks. The large, easy-to-read thermometer with a rugged die-cast alloy and gun metal finish gives you precise temperature control at a glance.
