The Alfresco Versa Power™ cooking system offers an unmatched heating range from 400 to 65,000 BTUs of power for total heat control. The unique, specially designed super heavy-duty spider grate handles everything from the smallest saucepans up to 100-quart stock pots — making it the perfect complementary appliance to complete your outdoor kitchen.
The individually controlled double burner system gives you precision at every level. The brass center burner adjusts from 400 to 20,000 BTUs for delicate sauces and gentle simmers. The stainless steel outer tube burner adjusts from 5,000 to 45,000 BTUs for high-heat wok cooking and large-volume boiling. Together they yield an unprecedented 65,000 BTUs of combined output.
The 5/16" diameter stainless steel spider grate with removable trivet accommodates any cookware. Remove the center ring grate and drop in a true commercial round bottom wok (21.5" diameter). The Versa Power™ is also ideal for use as a European French Top. All construction is commercial stainless steel with heli-arc welded seams.
