Product Description
The Alfresco SearZone™ Side Burner brings Alfresco's ceramic infrared searing system into a convenient, self-contained built-in unit. The SearZone™ burner reaches 1,500°F in just four minutes and cooks 50% faster with virtually no flare-ups — delivering the same intense searing power as the SearZone™ in the ALXE grill lineup, in a dedicated side unit.
Restaurant power and control with 110V electronic ignition and precision knob lighting. The recessed top and stainless steel cover provides protection from wind and elements. All construction is commercial stainless steel with heli-arc welded seams.
At 1,500°F, the SearZone™ Side Burner creates the Maillard reaction instantly — locking in moisture and creating the perfect crust on steaks, chops, and seafood. The infrared ceramic surface eliminates flare-ups that char the outside before the inside is done.
Available in LP or Natural Gas. Choose from 12 standard color accent panel options or the full RAL Classic Collection of 216 colors.
Free shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Call Mike for dealer pricing — 562-755-7520.
