Alfresco Pizza Oven Plus for Built-In Installations — Natural Gas

The Alfresco Pizza Oven Plus Built-In brings authentic wood-fired pizza to your outdoor kitchen — without the wood. Powered by a high-output gas burner, it reaches temperatures up to 700°F in minutes, producing crispy, perfectly charred crusts that rival any brick oven.

The stainless steel construction is built to the same exacting standards as the rest of the Alfresco ALXE line. The refractory ceramic cooking stone retains and radiates heat evenly, ensuring consistent results from the center of the pie to the edge. A built-in thermometer lets you monitor the cooking chamber temperature without lifting the door.

Designed for flush built-in installation in your outdoor kitchen island, with a clean stainless steel face that integrates seamlessly with other Alfresco appliances. It accepts standard 12" to 14" pizzas and can also be used for flatbreads, calzones, and roasted vegetables.

Available in liquid propane and natural gas. Free shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Call Mike for dealer pricing — 562-755-7520.
