The constant speed centrifugal blower liquefies grease and creates a pressure barrier to lower the risk of fire. Constructed of 304 stainless steel, the blower does not pull air through a filter, making it one of the most efficient kitchen ventilation systems available. Luxor outdoor vent hoods feature blower housing that snaps apart for easy cleaning in the dishwasher or with warm soapy water and halogen lights add visibility. The motor is enclosed in a specially designed housing to keep it out of the grease flow to keep grease out of hard to reach areas. This 36-inch blower vent hood can be configured to provide the power needed for even the most demanding cooking. This vent hood requires 8-inch ducting.
