The New Lynx Trident Grills features an Industry Exclusive ceramic burner made from cordierite ceramic, a material chosen for kilns and commercial ovens because of the temperatures that it endures. The 23,000 BTU Trident™ infrared burner is fully variable, allowing you to go from 300 to 1000 degrees and then throttle it back to cook delicate seafood like scallops.
